Xochitl Alvarez-Ponce, LMP

Xochitl, who is fluent in Spanish, became a massage therapist because she discovered that she enjoyed helping people find a calm and relaxed place within themselves in order to facilitate healing. In working together, the energy reciprocation that massage provides can help not only her clients, but also her own self - to achieve healthy goals. She believes that injury and disease prevention are the most important focus to have if one would like to be pain free throughout their life.

Sahaj Khalsa, LMP

Sahaj became a massage therapist in order to connect more with people. It was in massage school that she was first introduced to the healing modality of Cranial-Sacral therapy, a very gentle healing modality that helps to enhance the body's own innate healing abilities. She draws on her experience as a yoga instructor and healer to help create an inner awareness for the purpose of healing the entire being.

Chris Officer, LMP

Chris is a believer that a therapist's responsibility is to facilitate the body's natural desire to heal itself. His goal is to promote overall wellness and complete body integration for his clients by addressing the root of misaligned systems, and does not believe that painful treatment has to go hand-in-hand with healing - subtle work can produce great results with a minimum of discomfort. Chris' approach is gentle and client-focused, and he encourages two-way communication with his clients as they develop short and longer-term treatment plans together.

Graduated Cortiva Institute Seattle April 2013

Favorite modalities: Swedish, MFR, Visceral Manipulation, Lymphatic Facilitation, Cranio-Sacral.
Does not provide prenatal services.

Jung Lee, LMP

“Let the body work for itself!" As a massage therapist, which is a health care provider, Jung strongly believes in the body's own healing ability and that massage is one of the best naturopathic ways. Within 6 weeks of giving birth, getting an abdominal massage once a day for 20-30 minutes is very effective for getting back to normal body health and shape. She knew this through her several years of massage experience in her former job, doula in South Korea. And also, she likes to perform Hand and Foot Reflexology which she learned to get over her health issue in her early 30's. Most clients have a better massage experience with this. She says, “Hand and Foot Reflexology is the key massage in my practice, which enhances the body blood and lymph circulation so that let the body does its work.” Based on these experiences, now she has proudly become a licensed massage practitioner here in the United States. She is a more seasoned LMP day by day!
